Educational Qualification : Candidates must have passed B.Tech (Civil Engineering)

Work Experience : Candidates should have experience minimum 04 to 05 years.

Job Responsibility :

Candidates must have an experience of 02-03 years (HAM Project Handling)
Handling Client Billing, Sub-Contractor Billing, Monitoring,3^rd Party Approval,& other Documents Maintaining (IE & Lender)
Preparation and Handling rate analysis and cost optimization.
Preparation of Daily progress report, Weekly Progress report, Monthly Progress report, Clint Bills for Payments Milestone.
Bulk Materials Reconciliations, Quantity Calculation of project.
Keeping a Track of contract Management and Design Approval from sites.
Calculating Optimal Resource & Work Plan.
Preparation of PRW/Hiring And Miscellaneous Bills.
Preparing Work Plan ,Baseline Plan, Action Plan And Monitoring.
RA Bills ,Material Requisition In ERP
Preparation of Variation And Other Claims.
