RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2024 Postwise Vacancies

The Railway Recruitment Board updated RRB Paramedical 2024 Categorieswise Vacancies in notification and numner of vacancies of various descipline. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts mentioned in the table below

RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2024 Eligiblity Critria

NATIONALITY/ CITIZENSHIP:

(a) A candidate must be either:

(i) a citizen of India, or
(ii) a citizen of Nepal, or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan, or
(iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before 01.01.1962 with the intention of
permanently settling in India, or
(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African
Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire,
Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
(vi) Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) above, shall be a
person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of
India.

(b) A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary, may be admitted to the
examination provisionally. However, the Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Government of
India has to be submitted during Document Verification failing which his/her candidature shall be
rejected

RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification :
Candidates should have requisite minimum Educational/Technical/Professional qualifications indicated for
the posts in Annexure-A of this CEN, from a recognized Board/University/institute as on the closing date for
ONLINE Registration (16.09.2024). Those awaiting results of the final examination of the prescribed
Educational/ Technical/ Professional qualification should not Apply.

RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2024 Age Limit :

Candidates age should be minimum 18 years and maximum age limit should be 35 years for RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2024

Age Relaxation :

In upper age limit/ maximum upper age for the following categories/ communities in the
table below are applicable subject to submission of requisite certificates

Additional Notes:

i) If a candidate is eligible for age relaxation on more than one ground, they will receive the maximum among the relaxations for which they are eligible (not cumulative).
ii) SC, ST & OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates applying against UR vacancies will not get any age relaxation.
iii) PwBD candidates applying against UR vacancies will be allowed age relaxation applicable for PwBD (UR) only, subject to conditions of suitability.
iv) Age relaxation for PwBD & ExSM candidates will be as given in para 5.1 above.

Application fee for Paramedical vacancies 2024

RRB Paramedical Vacancies Examination Fee:

Candidates are required to pay the prescribed examination fee according to their community or category, as detailed below:

1. For all candidates (except those mentioned in category 2 below):

• Fee: ₹500/-
• Refund: Out of this amount, ₹400/- will be refunded after deducting bank charges, provided the candidate appears for the Computer-Based Test (CBT).

1. For candidates belonging to SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Female, Transgender, Minorities, or Economically Backward Class (EBC):

• Fee: ₹250/-
• Refund: This amount will be refunded after deducting bank charges, provided the candidate appears for the CBT.

Note: The refund of the examination fee is applicable only to candidates who attend the CBT. Please be cautious: EBC (Economically Backward Class) should not be confused with OBC (Other Backward Class) or EWS (Economically Weaker Section).

RRB Recruitment Paramedical 2024 How to Apply: Step-by-Step Guide

1. Read Instructions Carefully:

• Visit the official RRB websites mentioned in Para 14(f) below.
• Click on the link to “Create an Account” specifically for this CEN.
• You must have an active personal mobile number and a valid email ID to receive OTPs for account creation.
• Note: Once you have filled in the details during account creation (including mobile number and email ID), no changes will be allowed later.

1. Single Application for One RRB:

• You are allowed to apply to only one RRB.
• Submit only one common ONLINE application for any or all of the notified posts, in the order of your preference, for which you are eligible and interested.
• The application must be submitted only through one of the official RRB websites listed in Para 14(f) below.

1. Final Selection of RRB:

• Once the application is submitted, the selected RRB will be final for the chosen posts.
• If you apply to more than one RRB for the posts, all your applications will be rejected, and you will be debarred from the process.
