Educational Qualification for SSC CPO Recruitment 2026

Candidate Must have Bachelor’s Degree from recogized university and equivalent Qualification for these posts Delhi Police And CAPFs – Sub-Inspector.

Who Candidates are appearing in Degree exam can apply these post but last date of application form should have complete degree.

Educational Qualification for SI Fire in CISF

The notification prescribes a separate educational qualification for the SI (Fire) post in CISF. Candidates must have either:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Science from a recognized university, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as subjects; or
• Matriculation or equivalent qualification along with a three-year Diploma in the relevant Engineering discipline.

SSC CPO Age Limit 2026 for SSC CPO Recruitment 2026

For the Sub-Inspector posts in Delhi Police and CAPFs, the general age limit is 20 to 25 years.

The crucial date for calculating the age is 01 August 2026. Candidates applying for these posts should have been born between 02 August 2001 and 01 August 2006, inclusive.

For the SI (Fire) post in CISF, the age limit is 18 to 30 years. Candidates applying for this post should have been born between 02 August 1996 and 01 August 2008, inclusive.
